Terms & Conditions
Business Details
Kiiro Creative Studio is operated by Kirsty Leong and Rachel Leong (ABN 75 525 048 609).
By enrolling your child in a class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other policies we publish or link to on our website, kiirocreativestudio.com.au. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you and/or your child cannot participate in our classes.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system. Payment secures your child's place.
Class fees are published on our website. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any fee increases.
Classes require minimum enrolments to run. If a class is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
2. Supervision and Attendance
Supervision Requirements
Children aged 1–4 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire class. One adult may supervise a maximum of two children.
Children aged 5+ years may attend independently. Instructor supervision is provided during scheduled class times only.
Parents or carers must drop off and collect children at the advertised class times. Kiiro Creative Studio does not provide supervision outside these times. Late pickups exceeding 15 minutes may incur a supervision fee.
Before booking a drop-and-go workshop, please consider whether your child is comfortable participating independently without a parent present.
Responsibility for a child transfers to Kiiro Creative Studio only during the scheduled class time once the child has been dropped off.
All instructors hold a valid Working With Children Check and Police Clearance.
3. Personal Information
Parents or guardians must provide accurate information regarding their child’s medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to attending a class.
Our classes may involve the use of paint, clay, glue, and other art materials. While we aim to use non-toxic materials wherever possible, parents are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities.
In the event of illness or injury during a class, Kiiro Creative Studio may administer basic first aid and seek medical assistance if necessary. Parents or emergency contacts will be notified as soon as possible.
Children who are unwell should not attend class.
4. Clothing and Participation
Children should wear clothing suitable for art activities. While aprons may be provided, we cannot guarantee clothing will remain clean.
Some classes may encourage barefoot participation for sensory and creative benefits. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their child can safely participate barefoot. If you prefer your child to wear socks or shoes, please notify us in writing.
5. Behaviour and Participation
All participants must behave respectfully toward staff, other children, and the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a participant from a class if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided for that session.
6. Photography and Media
Kiiro Creative Studio may photograph or video children during classes for promotional and educational purposes (website, social media, newsletters, promotional materials). Images may include artwork, hands, and partial views (back/side of head). You will indicate your preference via a checkbox during booking:
• Yes – I give permission for photographs and videos for use on website, social media, and promotional materials
• No – I do not give permission for any photographs or videos
You can update your preference anytime by contacting us in writing. If you request removal of images from social media or public materials, we will comply within 5 business days.
Images of artwork only (not identifiable to your child) may still be used.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Liability and Insurance
Participation in art activities involves some inherent risks, including slips, trips, contact with art materials, and minor injuries.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the extent permitted by law, Kiiro Creative Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants or accompanying adults while attending our classes or events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
